The MS Word version of the CTT entry form uses the latest version of MS Word. If you don't have the latest version here are several ways you can access it without buying more software:

Here is the official list of Midlands open events on the CTT website. You can search this list by selecting various options (distance, month etc). Click on the name of the event to get the organisers details.
